We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Hustle Vortex is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
We will review your case and, if approved, issue a refund or allow a return.
Exchanges are not available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
Returns and refunds are only accepted in limited cases such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

Once approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
